Growing Instructions:
7mm - 7.1mm 1hr 30 mins
7.3mm - 7.5mm 1 hr 45 mins
A 3hr soak will maintain 7.5mm, but reduce the gels from drying too quickly.
Always drain your gels and allow them to relax for a minimum of 30 mins before use.
